So I know I had a GREAT week last week (well good at least) but this is going to be the tester week. Today I planned lunch and breakfast -and knew I was going out to eat for margarita's for dinner... well I allotted 600 for margaritas :) I had one Maui Rita = 550 calories (rounded to a best guestimate) I then had the child plate grilled chicken and veggies... and I didn't eat the rice or the cooked carrots (I already had my carrot allotment for the day) My total as of right now is 1450. The hard part is going to be making it through bedtime. That margarita - though full at the time - has left me empty... I guess that is why they call those "empty calories" I ate less yesterday, but was full... I think I am going to bite the bullet and eat a granola bar, go over by 50-100 and be full before I wake up in the morning starved!
The rest of the week is TAKS... which means premo opportunity to munch, snack and eat our "fat taks day" goodies. I HAVE TO PLAN WAY AHEAD!!! I should though be able to walk a slow pace for 6 hours :) 1600 calories burned if I do :) I will use my pedometer to measure exact miles and calories though :)
Tomorrow is hot dog day - that will be one of my first temptations :(
