A few months ago, my group of friends and I started working out every day ~ and we were doing good! Then we decided to do a lot of stupid good stuff for work and stopped... I put my school/job ahead my health... again...
Now STAAR is over, and we have decided to do it again! We are swimming every day and really holding each other accountable.
- i have started and stopped - and started and stopped - and... well, you get the picture.
I am up 60 pounds from when I lost weight before, so that was a down 40 + 60! NOT GOOD
~ so i'm absolutely ready for reality.
I've set up several goals, if not reached - can be altared, but I believe are attainable.
1. Want to be down 15 lbs by last day of school. I started with 5 weeks to go, and I'm down 6 pounds in 2 weeks, so I'm right no track to meet this goal!
2. Down 30 by the 4th of July - I have a reunion with my softball girls, and it would be a perfect time for someone to notice ;) - which they will either way
3. Down 50 by the first day of the 2012-2013 school year
4. I want to be under size 20 by my 30th birthday
5. I want to weigh under 200lbs by my 2nd anniversary
6. I want to have lost 100 pounds by Javier's birthday! (May 6th)
7. I want to have an "average" BMI by my Mom's next birthday - (June 20th)
I know that is some focused goal setting, but I have to have marks to reach. I can reach them!
