A loong day

Bein poor helps you not eat :) LOL - not in a good way though, BUSY wednesday... now its Thursday... I stepped on the scale yesterday - I am 5 pounds heavier than I was a few years ago when I started my diet... so that means i've lost 40lbs and gained 45... not good at all, but honestly it was not as high as I was expecting.


Exercise: Wednesday i had TONS of lessons to get done, and did :) BUT the only exercise I got in was one lap around our parking lot with Dawn. I am glad we did tat one lap though - it made me feel a little better about the day.

Eating: All I ate yesterday was a half a box of cheese its, M&M's and 2 pb&J sandwiches...

Energy: I had to pul out all of my energy to get my work done - and teach... I loved teaching today and it was high energy!

Emotions: I have decided to stop being mad at adults that don't do their job. I think back to softball in college and I was unhappy when I was worried about the grown people... when I stopped worrying about them, our team did great. So that is my goal for the week... I get mad, I eat bad = I weigh a bajillion pounds.
