I woke up so late today I did not have time to eat breakfast or pack a lunch. I know I'm sleeping so much because I'm not eating healthy - I need to get on that!
Today's lunch will be a salad or fruit and yogurt
I walked for 20 minutes this morning at my school... down and back is one lap and we did 4 this morning. I will do another 4 after work!
snag in my plans for a boot camp - I HATE BEING BROKE - only because I have the money but really can't spend it on exercise, especially since I do know what I will need to do to. Dawn - my local help - said she'll join my gym and we can go walking on the treadmill there - which means I can run a bit while she walks :-D and I can do the stair stepper :)
I might see if she'll make a blog too - since I really have not eaten any candy this morning because I know I'll have to write it down and Jess will see :) it helps...

Check out my posting for today, T. LOL. We BOTH forgot breakfast. The positive thing for you is that you're going to do something healthy for lunch while I made a poor choice. But, I'm still trying to solve my problem before I make it worse. I'm really glad we're doing this togther!
