Today is November 15, and I weight 232 pounds... again. I have gained 11 pounds since October 2nd and am not doing a thing about it.
I saw some pretty amazing people this weekend... and was rejuvenated. I went dancing on Saturday night - and drank water instead of beer :-D and got some GREAT exercise!
Today Jessica and I decided we were going to do a long distance blogging partnership for motivation! Now Jess has already done great -- 87lbs!!! Yay her! So i know she'll be a great motivator for me.
Goal Time:
* write down everything I eat
* get on Wii Fit daily
* walk for at least 30 minutes every day - hopefully turning into running
* eat approximately 1200 calories a day - monitoring protein and vitamins
* Stop eating when I'm not hungry any more. This will require planning lunches and eating breakfast again.. I can handle that :-D
Aim: SLOW AND STEADY
I also want to tone my arms... but I will wait until I am at 215 to start lifting weights... and sadly I have to be at 225 before I will start running.. but I'll get there!!
