It has been fun knowing that I am still doing good, even though I'm not obsessing right now with weight and working out. I am only judging weight once a week, and despite stress and summer laziness, I'm still moving downward-ish.
I hit -35 today :-D I have so far to go, but I really have come a long way in 80 days I guess... .44lbs a day :) I can handle that!
A friend of mine wants me to run a half-marathon with her... I think I'm at the point where I can start running now for a good distance... I want to do it!! How fun would that be!
I'm going to do a 30/30 -- 30 minutes of exercise - walking or jogging - for 30 days.
Then I'll start training for a 5k then I'll try the half marathon training :) But I'm thankful to Pam for offering to be my running buddy!
