HIT THE RUNNIN WEIGHT...

I woke up this morning, feeling not great, thinking I've gained weight - since I haven't stepped on the Wii in 3 days, been eating horrible food - not a lot, but all fried and fast. I am down 1.4 lbs... which puts me at the weight I set when I started this change for me to start running. It is the weight (well, 2lbs less) that what I started college at. So now this should just be like my January/February of my freshman year... lost 40lbs then :-D I am not going to change a thing - but start running :-D

I'm going to start 30 minutes of run/walk for 30 days today!

I'm down 37 lbs... only 63 to go :-D
