So, yesterday I busted my butt working out, and ate very well... and I went UP today! AUGH!!! I went to the gym this morning and did a double class of Body Pump and Body Step, it was hard, but great! This afternoon I will be hitting the 4:30 pump with a friend of mine! I'm excited for my first 1800 burn day! (actually it will be nearly 1900 - and we are going to take JoJo to disc golf with us this afternoon! maybe I should have made it a 2000 calorie a day goal!! LOL
I have decided to zig zag my calorie intake. I think that I am too static on eating between 900 and 1050 calories... I also think I need to up that! Not that I have been hungry at all... I just think that my body is going to need more nutrients with all the working out I plan on doing.
Javier is leaving for SA on Sunday... He'll be gone all week, I'm hoping to catch a ride with my dad to SA to meet up with him next weekend! Lets hope I work out a lot, pack a lot, and eat not so much :)
