So after the 5 pound day (of less than 1200 calories!!) I got upset, but wasn't discouraged... too much. Friday, we were surprise by going to San Antonio to help his folks out at the ranch. I spent a lot of time outside working and had a blast!! However, I ate a lot. Friday, 1400 calories!! Saturday My parents had a big bbq with some people I haven't seen in years over, it was fun, but the food was outrageous. I think I had probably 1800 calories - i limited myself to munching on Beans and fruit... still not good. Saturday night, I didn't drink with everyone, but I had 2 plates of chips and queso -- I thought after plate two how easy it was to get so big... just a few more chips, just a little more cheese... I put down the queso and grabbed some frozen grapes. Sunday, we had big breakfast, 3 tacos--- augh... but only 600 calories, and then I had a philly cheese steak sandwhich, 360 calories (it was just half) and then a bowl of tortilla soup... 377 + a few chips and queso... so lets say 440 for a combined day of... 1400, not too bad I guess :(
I did not work out this morning, but the weekend was exhausting. I will however go for a good long walk/run tonight or try the combat class. I need to go grocery shopping and I want to start monitoring my protein intake - I don't think I am getting enough. More fun!
