After I saw my -20, I have gone up 5 pounds!!! I have not eaten more, I have, in fact, worked out more... I am so frustrated seeing an increase in weight at this point. I want to work out more, I'm feeling better about myself -- but its bringing down my moral.
Goals... I have not been eating as much as I was at top loss... I guess I have to go back to that. I have lowered my water intake, not on purpose, but by circumstance. I will (tomorrow, since I forgot my lunch today) Eat more snacks through the day and make sure to hit 1300 calories (I lowered it since I've lost 20 lbs -- well... had lost 20 lbs) -- I took the dogs for a walk this morning -- it was fun!! I want to keep doing that ;)
Off to teach... lets hope I see a difference!
