MUCH BETTER!

Yesterday, after I posted about being down, and feeling groggy, i took JoJo and Dixie for a walk. We walked to the puppy park (I love taking them there early Saturday mornings when no other dogs are there) They ran and ran and ran.. and Dixie laid down... So I releashed them up and headed out. But I did not make the left turn that goes directly to my house (and what could soon be my new home - find out today) I went right.. then left around the turn... then right again! We went the LOOOOONG way home. I left my house at 7:15 and we got home just after 9:20... what a walk. I google mapped it and we went 5 miles!! Then I ate a banana! Dobby came into town, and as usual wanted Mexican food... augh... then i snacked on some apples and grapes and had a glass of Sangria wine... augh.. so calories were a little high coming to dinner, but I decided that instead of saying - oh well, I burned 300 calories earlier, I can go over at dinner - I had a big heaping pile of strawberry and granola yogurt! Total for the day = 1450! Today I have had a banana and granola bar, worked out 30 minutes on the Fit and am going to spend quality time with Javier at work. Tonight at 7 I am going to start my own bootcamp! haha... well, start a hard working out series... I think my body can make it! -- here's to **7 on the scale and only 18 pounds left to lose this month! whoop!

New goal -- Ak's wedding is July 25th... it is 55 days away... so here is my thinking (and it will be rough, but its what i'm thinking)

I started this thing April 20th... and have been eating great for 41 days with little working out involved and am down 25 pounds. So I think that once I start working out a lot (turbo starting Thursday) and keep eating well, I can lose 30 pounds in 55 days... hold on... let me calculate... Ok, so I calculated... I'm going for a bigger goal for AK's wedding... only 37 pounds in 54 days... I nerdily figure I need to burn 1800 calories a day and drop my intake to 1150. Desperate times call for desperate measures :) ha ha jk...

I'm going to retract that... ish... I will stick with the 22 lbs of my Wii goal... yep that'd be smarter :) slow and steady keeps it off..
