the only good thing from this weekend, as I came back at 262.5... I expected much more gain. I did not work out, and I ate tons of beans and tortillas. I guess I just wasn't ready to share that I didn't want to eat fattening food with his side of the family.
Today -- Packed a lunch, ate orange for breakfast, and have a snack for after school tutorials! I also have already had a big cup of water! I will have 3 more before today is over with!!!
My goal is to drink one whole cup before I eat my lunch and stop eating once I'm not hungry any more!
