I got up and made breakfast today!!! I also made my lunch - a healthy salad and celery & peanut butter :)
I felt very excited -- I weighed in Monday at 262 --- WOAH I KNOW -- but today weighed in at 259... three's just water, but I love seeing droppage :)
I set up a food log today -- I think that helps me a lot...
I did not however prepare for Grad Class tonight - and I ate what Odessa brought for the class. Wings, Dorito's, Grapes and Cheese Blocks... Yeah, I should have packed dinner too!
GOALS: make lunch/breakfast tomorrow & snack for softball games
** I want to drink 4 big cups of water tomorrow (I will fill up my jug)
** Tonight, Do 3 loads of laundry -- that way I am up and down :)
