Day 1

So after Wednesday, instead of jumping back on the wagon, I fell off and ran away from it. Today walking through Sam's I saw a book called "The Biggest Loser: 30 Day Jump Start" I know I know why would I spend 13.56 on a book that is going to tell me everything I know... well, this way Javier saw me buy it and when I said "don't laugh at me" he said I would only laugh at you if you do not follow through with it!! He's been the only one I am not really comfortable "dieting" around. He cooks so good, and its hard to not eat everything he makes! But instead of that, he's cooking grilled chicken and asparagus tomorrow for dinner! I love him!!

SO day one gives me a diet to follow (which I am adjusting to food I want to eat - I don't do tofu or fish, so it says I can alter as long as I keep the fruit/veggies and protein the same.

What I like about it the most is it gives a workout! nothing hard hard, but a designated assigned task for me to do! Tomorrow 20 minute walk and 10 minutes of stretching - it says we have to get our muscles ready to kick it in... i read ahead a bit and it will get harder. Walking increases by 2 minutes a day :) ending at 78 at day 30!

I think I am going to join a boot camp after week 1 is over! I have to ask momma for money, but I think she'll be ok with it! Kristina will be my buddy -- she's skinny but loves to work hard and is positive for me. I'm also going to ask one of my co-workers to join as well.

It is 12:30.. the latest I have stayed up in a long time, but I am excited for a plan!!
