WHOO HOOO - Boot camp started yesterday - and though it is up from the first day of the year, my weight is down 5 lbs since our last day of boot camp. That - I am ok with!
We have a total of 21 people who joined our bootcamp - I know it is the beginning of the year and that is probably why most of them joined, but I hope that I can personally be motivating enough that the rest of the crew sticks it out through May!
So I just realized that I am half way to the end of the month - sort of - which means I have less time that I predicted to get ready for my Warrior Dash!
I am applying for a program here in BCS that is like BL but not on TV... 12 weeks of work with a trainer is basically the whole idea - and it starts when this bootcamp ends and ends the day before my fun run - so wish me luck, I think that it will be a great thing for me to do! If not, I'll be ready too!
Trevor the trainer said he expects me to lose between 70-100 lbs this year! So how does a 160-140 pound Tiffany sound to you? I've NEVER been that low - at least since I was 16 I weighed more than that.
I am still struggling with my sweet tooth. I need to find will power T-Dog again, and not touch all the candy - because I have eaten all of Javier's candy :-/ oops
Today is a testing day - which makes me laugh because last year the TAKS test was my first week of real dedication toward being healthier. Trevor gave us all food journals, I've been keeping mine on Sparkpeople, but I will now keep it on his book too!
Here's to a GREAT workout this afternoon - and FINALLY a day at home with Javier just the two of us together...
