I stepped on this morning and smiled - well, laughed hysterically... My scale said "210" WOO HOO I LOST 30 LBS in a WEEK!
So i need a new battery - :)
Thanksgiving wasn't bad - not great but not as bad as normal. I did not go to Turkey Day dinner, so that saved tons of extra calories - and I didn't sleep at all between Thursday's game, drive to SA and early bird shopping - so I was pretty active. I did not workout, but was not lazy. I did eat PUMPKIN ROLL last night - and need Javier to finish it off so its not tempting me any more (it is SO FREAKIN GOOD)
TODAY - Apple & black berries for breakfast, have an orange and tuna and Raisin Bran for lunch and who knows about dinner. I need an immediate boost of water in take -i'm at 0 for the day - and feel it!
Boot camp tonight! Whoo Hooo
