I had a Grilled Chicken Parmesan baked potato last night and topped off the evening with a late bowl of apple cinnamon cheerios!
Felt ok about the day @ approximately 1000 calories... I know that I must get to 1200 daily in order for me to lose... so today I ate breakfast = 320 calories
will go walking in about 5 minutes :)

It is really hard to wrap your head around the whole "eat calories to lose weight" thing...for so long I starved my body of calories trying to lose weight, and now I learn that it's counterproductive.
