No working out = losing weight..????

I am confused, but content. I have not worked out this week, just because of laziness and packing..ish. But today I hit **5 again.. so after a week, I stayed the same I guess... I am going to take the dogs to the park today, sub again tomorrow, then really have to CLEAN THE HOUSE!!

I am back on board with snacks and little meals. It is odd that I know I have to do this this way in order to be successful, but it takes a lot of work to be prepared. Upping my calories has helped too though, I am able to munch on food whenever I get hungry... Here's to a fun afternoon with the girls!!
