Today was Javier's birthday -- yay him!
I took the day off to spend with him :) We went to breakfast, shopping, to a movie and dinner!
Breakfast - I was excited because I only ordered 1 taco w/beans... at one point in time it was 3 tacos... and recently 2 tacos and full order of beans. I was full, so I stopped! Great breakfast!
Movie - I did not have an ICEE, popcorn, nacho's or anything -- i chewed gum.. 5 calories :)
Snack -- was hungry so I had a string cheese - glad I picked that instead of the nacho's I wanted at the movies
Dinner - we went Chinese again :) this time though I only ate half of my rice... I can feel myself be hungry more during the day, but not for as much food. I read that on a weight loss diet, I should consume 7 times my weight... well, I'm consuming 250 calories less than that and not suffering at all!
Time to plan lunch for tomorrow and think ahead for Friday - we have a softball game, so I have to be ready for the bad choices I might make...
