a positive weekend ended with negative results :) The loss definitely slowed down from the first 2 weeks, but that is a given -- but a 1.5 lb loss in a week is what the numbers say :-)
Talked to one of my friends who also struggles with weight today - she had lost 20 pounds, but has since gained them back :( I hope she can find her motivation! One person I really admire for their determination has lost 65lbs so far - has plateaued, which is the most dangerous part of a weight loss plan because it makes you feel like you're not doing something right - which makes you go back to doing everything wrong. I hope that when I get to the plateau and that point of discouragement, I can look back to this post and push forward! No quitting this time!
